P90 – Week 6
Okay, I’m in a groove.
Three recommendations:
1. Write or blog about your progress. I do that at www.wowy.com. I write at least once a week and that really helps me to focus and keeps me honest.
2. Track your progress. I use a spreadsheet to track my training, my biking, and some of my fitness goals. I love seeing everything on one to three pages (each page is a category).
3. Be coached. While I have a coach, I participate in a forum with about 8 other people that started the program in December. We constantly post questions and provide feedback to one another. Great tool.
